Project Manager - Roofing

We are currently in search of a motivated, organized, flexible individual to join our team!

About the Opportunity Safety

• Safety Orientation
• PPE Requirements
• Responsible for overall safety program for roofing, roofing related activities and subcontractors as required by customers and Tecta America.
• Develop a Safety Plan for each roofing project.
• Coordinate with the Safety Director and Superintendent to facilitate weekly Tool Box safety meetings.
• Certified First Aide Training
• OSHA 10 Hour
• OSHA 30 Hour

Purpose

• Act as a Final Planner for all roofing projects. Plan and manage assigned projects in accordance with Project Controls as set forth below. Manage all projects to form a positive relationship with customers.

Project Controls

• Pre-Construction
• Contract Review- participates in all project contract reviews.
• Scope Review- participates in all project scope reviews.
• Create and enter project budgets.
• Create and facilitate all project submittals and permits.
• Create and facilitate all project schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Suretrack project master schedules.
  • Suretrack weekly schedule for large projects.
  • Autocadd developed schedule drawings for production.
• Purchase or facilitate purchasing of roofing project materials.
• Visit jobsites as required to facilitate planning.
• Participate in Pre-Job meeting.

Construction

• Attend all project meetings.
  • Owner/ GC construction meetings.
  • Company jobsite meetings.
• Facilitate weekly project meetings.
• Record and distribute daily project reports.
• Meet and exceed all Owner/ GC safety requirements.
• Maintain and update all projects schedules.
• Maintain and update project budgets.
• Track and report daily all project measure-abies.

• Execute all Subcontractor agreements for projects.
• Manage and execute all project change orders.
• Manage all project RFl's.
• Manage all progress billings and pay applications.
• Construction Close-Out
• Coordinate completion of punch-list with production and Owner/GC.
• Mange the completion of all final inspections.

• Create and deliver as-built drawings as required.
• Manage the final billing.
• Participate in a post project review.

• Always look for areas of improvement throughout the entire company and make recommendations.
