To continue our tremendous success and unparalleled growth, we are searching for qualified ambitious individuals ready to increase revenue for the company through exceptional customer service. In this position, you will be the one who:
- Determines the needs and expectations of prospects
- Prepares and submits costs quotes and proposals to leads
- Establishes rapport and develops customer relationships
- Daily use of Microsoft computer software
- Providing customer with quotes by:
- Being attentive to the needs of the customer by responding quickly and competently to customer requests
- Performing a detailed quantity survey of all items in the scope of work
- Analyzing project to determine materials of construction
- Soliciting materials and other pricing by telephone, letters, facsimiles, and e-mails
- Accurately compiling all quantity and pricing information
- Explaining product features and benefits by presenting information effectively and persuasively
- Closing the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving customer towards commitment
- Maintaining customer relations and developing new accounts
- Consistently identifying new sources of business
- Representing company to current and potential customers
- Interacting daily with field, administrative, and management personnel
- Willingness to work in a team environment and be mentored
- Attending meeting with owners, upper management and others as required
- Additional responsibilities as required
- 5+ years construction experience in General Construction Estimating, willing to train right candidate
- Inside and outside sales techniques in a construction related industry
- Able to demonstrate solid organizational and management skills
- Stable employment background and work history
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Mathematical skills a must
- Self motivated, self assured and confident in a variety of settings
