Katchmark Construction installs a revolutionary Ecostar product called Majestic Slate. Majestic Slate was formulated to have the look and feel of natural slate, yet to be substantially lighter and more flexible. Ecostar is produced using some of todays strongest, most flexible materials, rubber (EPDM) and plastic (TPO). FLAT Roofing

For those of you who have a flat roof that needs replacement, Katchmark Construction has years of flat-roof experience in commercial and residential buildings. We install both the EPDM rubber flat roofing system and Modified Bitumen torch down flat roofing system. Modified Bitumen is torch welded to the roof. EPDM is a rubber adhesive that sticks to the roof when it is applied. We always install flat roofing systems with tapered systems to ensure proper drainage.
