Our Labor Warranty
Katchmark Construction, Inc. provides a ten year
unconditional warranty on all full roof and siding replacement projects.
Warranty coverage includes any defects arising from improper labor installation
or manufacturer defects. In the event a leak occurs, Katchmark Construction,
Inc. will be responsible for any interior damage.
Gutter cleaning is considered home maintenance and gutters should be
cleaned a minimum of twice a year. Leaks developing from backed up gutters
will be the homeowner’s responsibility.
Katchmark Construction, Inc. also will provide all paper work outlining
manufacturer's extended warranties. Manufacturer's warranties may vary.
Most manufacturers’ warranties cover shingle material against defects
from 1 to 50 years.
